Store – the online store available at www.fonovit.eu.
‍Seller – Vitafon PL Leonids Berkovic.
‍Customer / Buyer – any entity purchasing products in the Store.
‍Consumer – a consumer as defined by the Polish Civil Code.
‍Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
‍Account – an optional customer account in the Store.

‍2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The Store sells medical devices and accessories via the Internet.
2. All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from defects, and legally introduced to the Polish market.
3. The Seller is obligated to deliver products free of defects.
4. Communication with the Seller does not incur additional charges beyond those defined by third-party communication providers.
5. Prices in the Store are listed in EUR (euro) and include VAT.
6. Orders may be placed 24/7 online or by phone during Business Days (8:00–16:00).
7. These Terms apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Nothing in these Terms excludes Consumer rights guaranteed by mandatory law.

‍3. PLACING AN ORDER
1. The Buyer adds products to the shopping cart.
2. The Buyer selects:
- delivery method,
- payment method,
- personal data required for order fulfilment.
3. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Regulations and forms a legally binding sales contract.
4. The Seller will confirm the contract on a durable medium at the latest upon product delivery.
5. Orders may be made with or without an Account.

3. For prepayment orders, processing begins after receipt of payment.
4. If an order contains items with different delivery times, the longest time applies.

‍6. COMPLAINTS (WARRANTY / RĘKOJMIA)

- Devices come with a 2-year guarantee.
- Warranty card is included in the user manual.

‍7. RETURNS – WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
‍Consumers may return a purchased device within 60 days from the purchase date.The returned device must include:user manual,original invoice/receipt,explanation of the reason for return.Refunds are issued within 7 days to the bank account indicated by the Customer.

‍8. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers may use:
- mediation at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection,
- proceedings before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court,
- municipal/county Consumer Ombudsmen,

9. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Store provides electronic servicessuch as:

- newsletter subscription.
These services are free of charge.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Technological or legal changes may result in amendments to these Regulations.
2. Customers will be informed at least 14 days before changes take effect.
3. Orders placed under previous versions will follow earlier terms.
4. Disputes with Consumers are resolved by courts competent under Polish law.
5. Disputes with non-consumer Buyers will be resolved by courts competent for the Seller’s registered office.
6. All materials on www.fonovit.eu are protected by copyright.
7. Information on the website does not constitute a binding offer under the Polish Civil Code.

- The device must be returned complete, including the user manual and original receipt/invoice.
- The product must not be excessively worn or damaged.

‍The customer sends the device at their own cost unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using tracked shipping.

‍Refunds will be issued within 7 days after Fonovit receives the returned product.
Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
We may withhold the refund until the product is received and inspected.
